Calling all Registered Nurses!

We are seeking full-time and part-time Registered Nurses with experience to join our team. We provide a 24-hour, 7 days-a-week service, with patients generally visited between 8:00am – 10:00pm.

The position involves assessment, care planning, direct care and discharge planning for patients in the ambulatory setting. You will work closely with the site coordinator and support the operational planning and delivery of patient care in clinics and community settings.

You are an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong focus on patient-centered care. You are an independent practitioner with excellent clinical skills, advanced critical thinking and communication skills.
